About the Role: Our Member Growth & Experience team is seeking a 2 x Casual Contact Centre Consultants to join our small and well-established Contact Centre team. As a team player with strong customer service experience, you will have a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling inbound and outbound calls. You can also easily explain core banking products and can achieve member satisfaction and internal service targets. On a day-to-day basis, you will respond to and manage general member (customer) enquiries and provide customer service for our range of banking products. Full training is provided and opportunities for future career progression are available. In this role you will:
Manage general member enquiries for both banking and insurance products.
Process new memberships, term deposits, new accounts, changes to member records.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and exceptional member experiences.
Conduct all business in compliance with all codes, standards, and legislative requirements and BankVic policies and procedures.
