The Opportunity
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic property & leasing team as a Legal Secretary. They have a beautiful and modern office located in the CBD and take pride in rewarding staff and encouraging a friendly and inclusive firm culture.
Some of your duties will include;
- Diary management
- Prepare documents - handle correspondence, contracts, draft emails to clients
- Liaise internally with lawyers and other staff by telephone and email
- Monthly billing
- Handle telephone calls for the team
- File management - open/close files
- Assist other personal assistants and lawyers as necessary
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 2 + years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in Property Law.
