Nexgen is experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a driven & enthusiastic Call Centre Manager to join our award-winning telecommunications business. We are seeking someone who can motivate, inspire and lead our outbound telemarketing team and take their success to the next level.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and lead a team of appointment setters / Outbound Sales consultants
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement
  • Coaching, Live-coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • B2B Sales, generating revenue in the SMB market
  • Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement
  • Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients
  • CRM data management for effective lead generation!

About You!

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment ideally in Outbound Sales
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Be pro-active, personable and highly motivated
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and call centre software (e.g., CRM systems)
