The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and lead a team of appointment setters / Outbound Sales consultants
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement
- Coaching, Live-coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
- B2B Sales, generating revenue in the SMB market
- Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement
- Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients
- CRM data management for effective lead generation!
About You!
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment ideally in Outbound Sales
- Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
- Exceptional communication skills
- Be pro-active, personable and highly motivated
- The ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and call centre software (e.g., CRM systems)
