Randstad is partnering with a rapidly growing telecommunications company based in the heart of Sydney, seeking a passionate Contact Centre Manager to lead their outbound sales team.

Our client is a trendsetter in innovative technology and unwavering commitment to customer service. As they continue to experience unprecedented growth and success, we need a visionary leader to champion their outbound sales team.

The opportunity:

As the Contact Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their continued success. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of 6 telesales consultants, driving B2B sales and generating revenue from SME businesses. This role has high potential earnings and an opportunity to showcase your drive for success all while you have the ability to make this role your own!

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of outbound sales consultants
  • Coach and mentor team members to maximise their performance
  • Drive B2B sales initiatives and revenue generation from SMEs
  • Manage KPIs, ensuring both individual and team targets are consistently met
  • Uphold quality assurance standards to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate seamlessly with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions for new clients
  • Utilise CRM data management for effective lead generation

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who embodies commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have previous experience successfully managing teams in an outbound call centre environment, preferably from a telecommunications background, however not essential
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be proactive, personable, and highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
