As a result of internal career progression, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic leader to lead our national Contact Centre.
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, the successful applicant will be a vital member of the Out of Home (Impulse) sales leadership team. The Out of Home channel is comprised of a fun and diverse group of customers – cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, recreational centres, aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds and more.
In addition to performing inbound and outbound sales, our Contact Centre is a busy and flexible hub that supports the sales and direct delivery team team with operational requirements including new product distribution, product allocations, delivery re-routing and data analysis.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage and coach a team of Customer Sales Coordinators to deliver excellent customer service
- Support the achievement of the sales budget through efficiency measures, forecasting, order management, route planning, distribution and other key measures
- Manage resources and rostering, including recruitment and labour budgeting
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive the overall strategy
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Materials Handling, Finance, IT and Business Services
- Undertake additional projects and tasks to help improve the business
Key selection criteria:
- Excellent leadership, people management and coaching skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- An excellent understanding of sales teams and/or direct delivery
- Strong commercial acumen
- Time management and prioritisation skills
