About the Opportunity – NDSS Representative and Customer Support Representative

We are looking for TWO Contact Centre Representatives, to join our Contact Centre teams liaising with people living with, or affected by Diabetes.

1 X Parental leave contract till 31/3/2025, 1 X Fixed term contract till 28/6/2024 with possibility of extension. These roles are a great way to kick start your career in customer service! About our offer

NDSS Representative full-time hours (75 per fortnight), in our national Contact Centre in Campbellfield, VIC.

About you

Your attention to detail, interpersonal and administration skills are required to be successful. A calm and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this fun and supportive team. You have strong communication skills and have a flair for developing strong relationships.

1 X NDSS Representative role - The Fixed term contract till 28/6/2024 position is rostered in shifts between 8:30am to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday on a rotating cycle. Work on public holidays will be required from time to time with shift allowances and penalties paid in addition to base salary. Inbound calls only.

1 X Customer Support Representative - Parental leave role till 31/3/2025 Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 5.00pm only, no overtime, evening or weekend work available. Some outbound call work required.

Responsibilities include:

• answering inbound calls and enquiries from customers and health providers

• data management in customer records systems

• providing exceptional customer service to people who need to know that you care about their health condition

• intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel

• web based databases e.g. CRM or Salesforce – highly regarded

• previous Contact Centre experience and/ or health background – highly regarded

A national police check and reference checks will be conducted prior to appointment for successful candidates.
