At One Tree Community Services, we're all about championing early childhood education and empowering educators to be their best. Through our Edutribe project, we're on a mission to revolutionise the way educators connect, learn, and grow through our innovative online platform.
We have a membership base of twenty-two thousand educators who access Edutribe for resources, support, and employment opportunities.
The Role:
As our Content and Membership Engagement Specialist, you'll be the heart and soul of our online community. Your main gig? Creating content that supports and inspires early childhood educators, teachers, and service providers. Plus, you'll be the mastermind behind building and nurturing our tribe of educators across Edutribe channels, including the website and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Rockstar: Develop top-notch resources that help educators and service providers shine in their roles. You’ll research what educators need, and design resources to help. From lesson plans to downloadables to interactive activities, you'll be the go-to guru for all things educational.
Engagement Edge: Whip up engaging online content that attracts new members and keeps our tribe buzzing with excitement. Whether it's through social media, newsletters, or blog posts, you'll be spreading the EduTribe love far and wide.
Website Wizard: Keep our website running smoothly like a well-oiled machine. From organising maintenance to monitoring functionality, you'll ensure our online home is always in tip-top shape.
Innovation Instigator: Get creative with new ideas and initiatives to grow our membership and take EduTribe to the next level. Your innovative spirit will be the driving force behind our success!
