We are looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes creating engaging content to work in our Robina office! 
Open to a casual, part or full time role for the right person.

Must be open to travel within Australia to capture content at our warehouse and office in Melbourne or to head up to our other stores in Maroochydore and Toowoomba.

Job Description:

As a Content Creator at Proud Poppy, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing captivating video content for our social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging video content tailored to platforms such as Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to join campaign photoshoots to capture behind-the-scenes footage, adding depth and authenticity to our brand's story.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with Proud Poppy's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Utilise your video editing skills to produce high-quality content, including editing, colour grading if required, and basic audio treatment.
• Collaborate closely with team members of all levels to ensure seamless communication and alignment on content creation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and trending moments across social media platforms, leveraging these opportunities to create timely and relevant content.
• Demonstrate a passion for creating best-in-class video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Continuously analyse performance metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies and optimise engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in social media and/or digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and industry shifts.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and creativity.
• A genuine passion for creating compelling video content and a deep understanding of what resonates with audiences on different social media platforms.
