You instinctively know how to craft wildly engaging, can’t-stop-watching content. But most importantly, you get how brands need to show up authentically, yet distinctively across different platforms.
Creating engaging content is already in your portfolio. Now we want to help you develop those skills and drive Knobby’s social media channels into a raging success story.

The Responsibilities:
- Pitch fresh content ideas aligned with our social strategy.
- Create and edit content directly on your phone.
- Write catchy, on-brand captions that speak to our audience.
- Post across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Use data and analytics to level up our content game.
- Identify, collaborate, and manage influencers to create standout content.
The Must Haves:
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Plugged into culture with a passion for key interest areas like Fashion, Music, Sport, Gaming etc.
- Creatively and proactively minded
- 1 year experience creating and running successful social channels (your own accounts count!)
- Experience using CapCut or other phone based editing apps.
Bonus Points:
- Comfortable being on camera – let that personality shine.
- Fun, flexible attitude that vibes with our brand values.
- Good knowledge of MS office suite, Google docs and Adobe Suite.
- Photography skills to complement those videography chops.
- Prior experience with influencer/affiliate collaborations.
The Nitty-Gritty
- Flexible arrangement: Full-Time or Part-Time available
- Work from home days available
- Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager
- $60,000 – $70,000 per year + Super depending on experience
- Located at 19 Kikuyu Road, Chevallum
