About the Role:
You will be responsible for total Social Media content creation and management. As a new role across several property companies, no two days will be the same. Inter/intrastate travel is required to work closely with business owners, managers and staff to build their online presence and brand awareness.

- Remuneration package OTE $80,000+ per year
- Paid half day Friday off

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Creating image and video content.
- Creating a Social Media plan that is 2-3 weeks in advance for relevant content.
- Create compelling ad creatives and ad copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintaining and supervising Social Media platforms and stay up to date with all platform tools to connect with customers and reach new audiences.
- Conduct audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and behaviours.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ever-evolving advertising platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
About You:
You will have the experience and skills to develop projects autonomously, with extensive media editing experience and technical knowledge of video and audio formats, alongside exposure to Social Media and digital content publication platforms.
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
- Extensive media editing experience and technical knowledge of video and audio formats.
- Strong proficiency with Social Media platforms and digital content publication tools.
- Ability to analyse viewer and engagement data to inform content strategy and decision-making.
- Strong Graphic Design skills - You must be exceptional at all Adobe programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Light Room.
- Experience using professional cameras and lighting equipment. This includes the ability to video and edit 4K video content.
- A very good understanding of how to maximise the impact of all Social Media platforms.
- A high level of organisation. You must be forward thinking and have the ability to plan ahead to make sure any Social Media posts will result in an increased brand awareness.
- Experience managing Meta Ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
Previous property experience is not required.
A valid driver’s licence is essential.
