We are looking for an experienced Social Media specialist to join our team and assist in developing an effective, outside-the-box Social Media strategy with tangible results. Our candidate will be responsible for building and managing Social Media campaigns, with the goal of boosting engagement and conversion rates. They will also have a clear understanding of analytics and customer trends, so they can adjust their goals as needed and establish a strong digital presence for our organization.

Objectives of this role

• Develop a robust Social Media strategy that increases engagement 
• Create and oversee a content calendar to solidify a consistent brand image
• Analyze key performance indicators to plan for future Social Media posts 
• Build impactful connections with the target audience 
• Successfully advertise the company’s products or services 
• Partner with other departments to improve Social Media strategy

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various Social Media platforms 
• Research Social Media trends to identify ongoing opportunities for future posts
• Create high-quality marketing content including video production and editing
• Respond to users across Social Media platforms to maintain a positive brand image
• Aid with the visual design of promotional materials

Skills and qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Social Media, marketing, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media trends and patterns 
• Familiarity with mobile and web design 
• Clear written communication skills for developing eye-catching Social Media posts
• High degree of computer literacy

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating high-quality marketing content
• Ability to navigate and use Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills 
• Sharp eye for aesthetically appealing design  
• Video production and editing skills
