About this role:
- Innovative Content Development - develop content that elevates presence across social media accounts (Paid Ads & Organic)
- Filming and editing - collaborate closely with our team to produce high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Educational product videos - create informative and engaging videos, catering to both technical B2B clients and passionate B2C consumers.
- Compelling captions - craft articulate and brand-consistent captions
- Social engagement – engage with key accounts, respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Performance analysis - utilise analytics tools to monitor content performance, gather insights, and collaborate with the team to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Background in content creation (or similar) role, with a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Video editing proficiency in CapCut / Inshot / other video reel video editing software and a keen eye for detail in crafting engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and grow audiences across various social media platforms, tailoring content strategies to resonate with diverse demographic segments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives through integrated marketing efforts.
