We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator with Graphic Designer skills to jump on board and dedicate themselves to producing fun, engaging and high-quality content. This is a dynamic role, where you will get to spend time in & out of the office capturing content and building a rapport within our College Community.
As a Digital Content Creator, you will harness your creativity and multimedia skills to craft and execute engaging visual content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand across various digital and print based channels. In this role, you will produce captivating photo, video and graphic design content, drive the creative process, collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to our visual storytelling and brand identity.
Your work will not only lead the transition to our updated brand identity but also create engaging content across digital, social, and traditional channels, reaching a variety of audiences.

What you’ll be doing:
Content Creation
- Manage and expand our catalogue of high-quality video and photo content, to be used internally and externally by the Marketing and Communications Team.
- Manage and lead digital media projects throughout all stages of production, to create content that incorporates, supports and highlights our SIP goals and initiatives of the College and events.
- Correspond and work with the Executive Leadership Team members on projects for whole school, and sub schools – leading upwards by providing guidance and insight into the best practices in digital media.
- Correspond with teaching staff and manage priorities to capture digital content that highlights classroom activities, and internal and external events.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Team to fulfil key goals and objectives, brainstorm ideas, develop concepts and execute projects effectively.
- Present focused and succinct vision and ideas to produce high quality digital content for College marketing, including digital campaigns, print media, the College website and video prospectus.
- Maintain and expand brand recognition for the College by producing content in line with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualise, plan and execute video projects from pre-production to post-production stages
- Capture high quality footage using a variety of camera equipment, using both the College and equipment along with your own gear.
- Edit and enhance photo/video content using various editing software, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- Utilise brand animation and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engage the audience.
Graphic Design
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications Team to achieve key objectives, fostering brainstorming sessions, conceptualising ideas, and efficiently executing projects.
- Partner with the Marketing Officer to create consistent and top-tier designs for College Marketing initiatives and events, spanning both digital and print media formats.
- Translate strategic directives into compelling designs that uphold the established brand identity.
- Develop innovative concepts to produce original content, employing a keen eye for colour, typography, imagery, and layout to effectively communicate messages and elevate brand presence.
Key Qualifications:
- A qualification in either Media Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- In depth experience in relevant editing and production software e.g. FCPX, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proven experience in Videography, Photography and visual design.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating design and content production skills across various formats. (to be submitted along with the application forms)
