We invite you to come along with us on our journey as we set course to expand our foot print of our business, raise our profile and reposition LOVE Property Group as a top of mind brand when considering anything real estate. This position will be responsible for the creative development of material in keeping with our brand promise, capturing specific audiences, and using all platforms to execute our digital media plan. Identifying what is working, amplifying our messaging and of course, increasing our digital footprint, which can be directly connected to lead conversions, is the end end outcome.
This position will require you to shoot the content on site in our office, edit, post, target and win business leads which can be done from any location.
Other than shooting the footage, we are flexible with where you work from and or when the work is completed throughout the week.
We also offer an inhouse media room and facilities for you to work from. We are open to this becoming a full a time position with the right person, our belief is, we are a media business that happens to be in real estate.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in creating and producing high quality video and still photography content
- Demonstrated experience in editing and finishing work to a high standard in line with our brand standards
- You must be able to work to deadlines ,execute and deliver projects consistently
- Demonstrated experience with relevant media software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Understanding of social media content creation to maximize algorithms and engagement
- Experience using scheduling platforms
- In depth knowledge of Google and Facebook analytics
- Experience with lead funnels and targeting audiences with proven lead generation results
- Open to working on our social media plan as we see it.
