The Role
Reporting to the Brand Manager, this is a full-time role based in Rydalmere, supporting the marketing team in the ideation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales, engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, curate and schedule email marketing campaigns (EDM) to grow our email database.
- Plan, create, curate and schedule content for all organic Social Media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube and Linkedin.
- Develop an understanding of our products.
- Community management for all channels – responding to messages, queries and comments alongside the customer service team.
- Write compelling, engaging and on-brand captions and Content.
- Plan, coordinate and execute brand-aligned content and user-generated content.
- Manage influencer and brand ambassador initiatives to build and maintain relationships and to grow brand awareness.
- Coordinate photo / video shoots as required.
- Monitor and assess performance across organic channels and to recommend ideas for improvement to optimise future strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Illustrator
- Organised and efficient with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Highly developed communication skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and set priorities.
- Be creative with a natural flair for eye catching design and clever copywriting.
- You are passionate about marketing and have a natural high interest in Social Media, content and marketing trends.
- You are creative and enjoy innovating and use data and analytics to guide your creation process.
- You have an extremely high attention to detail and will be the proud ‘final’ eye ensuring our content is always the highest quality.
- You work autonomously and hold yourself accountable to your deadlines.
- Experience in aromatherapy/beauty is highly regarded.
