● Core focus of growing revenue for the APAC C&C business
● Responsible for meeting or exceeding APAC revenue quotas for APAC C&C business
● Collaborate with sales to identify strategic accounts & opportunities
● Run effective internal and customer discovery, support craft proposals and help sellers move opportunities forward.
● Assist internal teams in client engagements to ensure relevant solution recommendations, long-term customer relationships, maximum profit margin, and potential for future business growth through value-based solution selling
● Educate and strategize with Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to develop account plans and strategies to help drive C&C pipeline
● Oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle to ensure adoption of C&C solutions sold, and realisation of agreed business value and ROI
● Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and educate sales team in all aspects of C&C solutions
● Utilise sales processes and tools to manage APAC C&C book of business and provide timely and accurate forecasts
● Drive accountability, focus and visibility for our C&C solutions with internal and external stakeholders
● Using knowledge of economic, market, and industry trends, as well as internal data, to identify growth opportunities for APAC C&C business
● Develop and drive local go-to-market strategy for APAC C&C business
● Monitor and improve business health metrics for APAC C&C business (such as rebuy rates, time-to-value, NPS, etc)
● Determine the key business issues that might affect growth, efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of APAC C&C business
● Improve local pre-sales, sales and post-sales processes to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction
● Collaborate with a wide set of functions in the C&C organisation, such as Product, Product Marketing, Delivery, and Insights, and advocate for local needs
● Document internal processes, key accounts knowledge, and learnings related to APAC C&C business, including the management of localised sales materials and customersuccess stories
● Manage a small number of strategic trials for C&C solutions, specifically for Social Commerce and Affable products
● Raise market awareness of Bazaarvoice’s value proposition, specifically around the C&C solutions Influenster, Affable and Social Commerce through thought leadership (live educational sessions, workshops, webinars, and other marketing activity)
● Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing, shopper marketing and digital teams across priority accounts
● Proactive drive collaboration with local and international teams
