We are hiring for a part-time in house Content Creator/Marketing Manager to join our group of businesses in the Swim School & Fitness Industry. As Content Creator/Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies & creating high quality content for our social media & website to promote awareness for and grow our Swim Schools & Snap Fitness Gyms.
This position will be in house and will be a part-time role across 20-25 hours per week. Proven experience in marketing, communications, content creation in both photography and video creation (iphone capability acceptable) for social media as well as sound knowledge of Canva will be crucial skills in succeeding in this role. The option to work school hours in some capacity will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities & DutiesMarketing Strategy
- Collaborate with key personnel to create strategies and campaigns to achieve group business objectives.
- Execution and development of current marketing plan and strategies.
- Execution of campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Brand Management:
- Implement strategies to promote a strong and positive brand image for the Swim Schools and Gyms across all marketing channels.
- Follow brand guidelines and work closely with the business management team to educate and manage their use of branding.
- Improve brand image by monitoring customer perception, feedback and implement strategies to optimise reputation.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Manage & develop the group’s online presence, including all online marketing channels, including website, social media platforms and email marketing.
- Create informative content for all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, newsletters, videos and blog post editing.
- Oversee Advertising campaigns and work with our external agency to optimise return on investment, and creation of compelling advertising campaigns.
- Communicate with our digital marketing agency to execute our paid advertising campaigns.
- Report key metrics across all channels and provide data driven insights and recommendations to the Head Office team to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the management team to create relevant industry leading content.
- Experience in Content Creation, Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management or relevant fields.
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in marketing or relevant qualifications favourable.
- Experience in the fitness or swim industry is regarded highly.
- Creative thinking whilst being ‘hands on’.
- Experience making data driven strategies and decisions.
- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- Strong project management ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams.
- Blue Card (working with children)
