Highly successful, customer driven Professional Services organisation require a Lead Employment Relations Content Creator to support the greater Services team's success by interpreting changes to legislation and producing content and materials to support the business and its clients.About the RoleReporting into the Associate Director, the ER Specialist role will be responsible for translating complex legislation and translate this information into digestible, easy to understand language that is palatable for internal and external stakeholders. This will be delivered through webinars, seminars, newsletters and workshops. This role has 4 direct reports.Key accountabilities
- Review legislative changes across the Australian Employment and Industrial Relations framework and work with stakeholders to determine if changes are required.
- Reactively review and observe changes in Employment and Industrial Relations trends and make recommendations to the Content Manager.
- Apply a high standard of technical Employment Relations knowledge and research skills to interpret complex changes to individual or multiple provisions across various types of legal and workplace instruments (Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Case Law etc).
- Using technical skills, write and develop technical content and build accompanying resources to support delivery of cutting-edge Employment Relations services.
- Build and develop suitable resources tailored to a range of audiences, both internal and external.
- Assist Content Manager in day-to-day management of the Content Team.
- Degree level education in business, law or equivalent and suitable level of experience in a similar role or Advice or Content setting internally.
- A solid technical understanding across all facets of Employee Relations, the Fair Work Act and with a passion for the discipline.
