- Plan, create, deliver and manage content artifacts and deliverables that inform and enhance design for various assets within a program
- Produce best practice UX Writing and product content strategy (micro-copy, interface copy and digital product copy)
- Develop content within the multi-disciplinary design team to deliver accessible, usable and enjoyable customer-focused digital apps and experiences
- Ensure online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance
- Contribute to developing clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications
- At least 3+ years' experience in related role creating digital content with a demonstrable portfolio of work
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience creating and executing content strategy activities in the digital product space
- A self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches
- Strong understanding of Product UX content principles, product content strategy and content design and development for digital products
- A strong grasp of how to use user research, user testing, metrics and data to continuously improve content
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of accessibility
