Feed Digital is in pursuit of a Content and Digital Marketing all-rounder who has a passion for producing and amplifying content across all digital channels. The successful candidate is looking to join a boutique Digital Marketing agency in the centre of Geelong. Working with us means you’ll work with clients across eCommerce, hospitality, tourism, health, trades, education and professional services verticals.
The role requires proven hands-on experience in the strategic development, execution, delivery, and analysis of digital campaigns across various platforms, software, and channels.

All this sounds great, right? So you’re probably asking yourself: why have I never heard of Feed? That’s easy, we don’t market our agency; our clients know they’re on a good wicket, and they do our marketing for us. Allowing us to get busy, making them busy, like, really, really busy.
The particulars:
Perfect for someone who may be returning to work or has a strong work/life balance mantra - this role is offered on a full-time or part-time pro-rata basis of 3-4 days per week as negotiated.
Whilst content marketing is the focus of any role at Feed, we’re hopeful the right candidate will either have paid ads experience in Meta or Google, if not we will offer the opportunity to branch out into these areas of marketing like Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
This role has your name on it if you have:
- 2-5 years under your belt working in the Digital Marketing space
- Qualification in Marketing, Media/PR/Journalism or like discipline
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Digital Marketing campaigns
- Client management experience, as you’ll be communicating with clients directly
- Excellent copywriting, proofing and grammar skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in strategic decision-making to client KPIs
- The right attitude (we can teach the skills) and willingness to continuously improve
- Paid ads experience in either Meta or Google is preferred but not essential
You will use your expertise in the industry to deliver an outstanding experience to our clients.
What’s the daily grind look like?
- Assist in planning and executing content strategies across digital channels
- Create written and graphic content for a variety of use cases like email and social media
- Sourcing user-generated content to create social media posts
- Plan, build, test and schedule email campaigns in software like MailChimp or the like
- Assist with developing and optimising email journey workflows, designs and segmentation to support lead-generation strategies
- Liaise with the team and client on campaign marketing activity and promotional schedules in line with the marketing activity calendar
- Utilise internal programs such as Wrike, Toggl, Canva, GSuite etc
- Use scheduling software like Hootsuite/Later to schedule social media posts for clients
- Use Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter and LinkedIn platforms to perform management of client profiles by engaging with the target audience by responding to messages and comments where necessary
- Identifying new opportunities for campaign growth and making recommendations for improved performance based on analysis
- Using advertising platforms like Google or Meta to creat, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns
- Account and client management, including onboarding, client campaign reviews and monthly reporting
- Client ad spend budgeting, appointment and control
- Generate and interpret Google Data Studio reports and share results with clients on a monthly basis
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Full-Time (or 3-4 days pro-rata negotiable)
- $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (+ Superannuation)
- Work from home day/s offered past the probation period
