About the role:
This role directs the strategic development and hands-on implementation of the Wilson Group's digital communication initiatives. It emphasizes deploying a digital content strategy that bolsters Wilson's broader strategic objectives, values, and principal efforts, both within the company and in external communications.

Description
Key Duties include:
1. Communication Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote internal initiatives and align digital content across all channels.
- Enhance engagement and continuously improve practices to support the Group's digital communications.
2. Content Creation
- Craft and engage impactful content for various platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and email campaigns.
3. Design and Multimedia
- Create graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements to bolster communication materials and support C-suite events and presentations.
4. Brand Consistency and Governance
- Collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency and manage digital platforms including website, intranet, and email communications, ensuring content and governance standards are met.
5. Measurement and Analysis
- Analyse communication metrics to gauge effectiveness and optimise strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
6. General Duties
- Keep abreast of industry trends, uphold company values and policies, ensure safety compliance, participate in performance reviews, and fulfil other duties as assigned by management.
Profile
Skills and requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in internal and external communications, media relations, or public relations.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement within a complex corporate or matrixed environment.
- Prior exposure to working alongside senior executive leadership with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Digital Design, evidenced by a robust portfolio of past work.
- Skilled in using graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) platforms.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, with advanced capabilities in creating PowerPoint presentations.
Digital Marketing:
- Proven track record in managing social media and executing digital marketing strategies.
Organisational Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organisational abilities.
- Proven capability to develop and refine processes and procedures, and to report on their effectiveness.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
