Job description

Position Overview: 

Social media and sales caller, experience preferred in SEO. 

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Experience required (3 - 5 years minimum.)

This role enables you to work remotely.

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing our brand presence. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new lead opportunities, though social media, back-end marketing on social media, arranging information to prospective clients from leads generated from website, and executing print media our Digital Marketing strategy, arranging campaigns and catalogues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Proactively engage with potential clients to secure new leads.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing, and quoting practices to ensure competitive positioning, researching of other companies required. 
    • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the Fine Art pool market to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  2. Professional Photography:
    • Organize professional photoshoots in collaboration with our photographer, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and photographer to confirm schedules, manage expectations, and handle any necessary rescheduling with efficiency and courtesy.
    • Arrange all shots to saved to file, passed onto web designer, to be uploaded to website and delivered to client all via email. 
  3. Digital Marketing and Branding:
    • Coordinate the regular updating of our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with captivating content that reflects the quality and artistry of our pools.
    • Oversee the implementation of back-end advertising strategies to enhance Fine Art Pools' online presence and attract a broader audience. We want leads to be generated along with new jobs.

Job Description: Heat Pump Sales 

Position Overview: As a Heat Pump Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to match clients with the perfect heating solutions for their pools. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence through expert client consultations, strategic social media marketing, and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Mastery:
    • Achieve comprehensive understanding of CHR's heat pump lineup through diligent study and training.
    • Become proficient in all technical and practical aspects of our products, making this knowledge second nature.
    • Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of product enhancements and industry innovations.
  2. Sales and Consultation:
    • Conduct client consultations with confidence and expertise, guiding them to the ideal heat pump solutions based on their specific needs.
    • Initiate sales calls with a focus on high customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients feel informed and supported throughout their decision-making process.
  3. Digital Marketing and Branding:
    • Spearhead our heat pump promotions on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to generate sales leads and elevate brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with our web designer images and content, to develop compelling advertising content, that highlights the unique benefits of CHR heat pumps.
  4. Competitive Intelligence:
    • Conduct thorough research on competitor offerings, including product specifications, pricing, and sales strategies.
    • Analyse competitor strengths and weaknesses to refine CHR's market positioning and sales tactics. 

This position offers a dynamic and flexible work arrangement, comprising three days per week, which can be seamlessly executed from the comfort of your home, ensuring a balance between professional commitments and personal well-being. Remuneration for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's depth of experience and expertise within this specialized field, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. To support your success in this role, particularly given the emphasis on sales calls, we will equip you with a computer and mobile communication tools.
