As a Content Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our content strategy and execution. You will assist the Content Manager to leverage content, copy and creative expertise to partner with commercial teams in APAC to execute marketing strategy into digital experiences across Retail and Foodservice.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to curate, create, and distribute captivating content across various platforms. From web, EDM, socials and digital channels your creative flair will be at the heart of our success.
- Learn about the diverse retail and foodservice teams to aid in creating designs, flows and models, and engaging copy / content that connect with consumers/customers.
- Manage Simplot’s brands social media profiles and presence.
- Monitor social listening daily to stay on top of both positive and negative sentiment for our brands.
- With the Content Manager, develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Develop engaging EDM content to establish direct communication with our target audience, foster customer loyalty, and drive conversions and sales.
- Manage internal approvals with Legal, Corporate Comms, Nutrition, Brand Teams, QA for always on content from agencies or influencers as required.
- Write and edit engaging copy for diverse channels, ensuring consistency and quality across all content.
- Be across industry trends and innovation and create content that resonates with our target audience and best practice for all our brands.
- Collaborate with specialist agencies to produce visually captivating and shareable assets.
- Monitor and manage content performance, analyse metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Foster and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers for collaborative content initiatives.
