Training Development Specialist

One of our clients is looking to hire eLearning Specialist for a role based in Adelaide

MUST HAVE:

The Training Development Specialist is responsible for the design, development, creation and optimisation of instructional material, including eLearning modules, online assessments and multimedia training assets, including videos, animations, voiceovers. The Training Development Specialist is responsible for making sure eLearning course design, delivery, user interface and learner interaction serve the learning objectives and participants’ learning styles and pace. In addition, this role ensures all components of e-learning courses are engaging, are on brand and can be delivered seamlessly.

Skills Required

• Demonstrated eLearning development experience
• Demonstrated instructional design experience
• Experience working with Articulate Storyline (desired)
• Demonstrated experience developing storyboards for eLearning development
• Experience in LMS management is essential.
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and plan own work schedule to achieve
  specific deadlines and KPI’s.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
• Strong organisational, planning, time management and self management skills.
