The role:
As the Continuous Improvement Project Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our Continuous Improvement initiatives. Owning your own diverse portfolio of projects you will partner with business units to consult, re-design and deliver solutions that seamlessly unlock benefits for council and our community.
You are a catalyst for change, working with business unit leaders to identify and scope solutions to barriers of our success you will proactively identify data pockets, leverage your analytic skills and create actionable insights to deliver cross-organisational projects that drive better customer and employee experiences.
About you:
You are a Continuous Improvement advocate with a working knowledge of the application of CI frameworks such as Business Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma.
Prior exposure to leading and/or supporting on the delivery of large scale projects will have had you performing data analytics to seek out insights. Additionally, your critical thinking mindset allows you identify future state potential barriers and solution quickly for these.
You are a problem solver and an investigator seeking the core issue and looking for the whole picture before mapping a way forward to navigate to success. Tenacious and collaborative you understand that how to find the root cause and can successful communicate with stakeholders and users at all levels.
