Address- Global Pharmaceutical company located in Melbourne CBD
- Seeking an experienced project manager to join on a 12-month contract with potential to extend
- This role will act as a trusted advisor to the development and clinical R&D project managers and project teams to effectively plan, manage, and deliver R&D projects.
- This role will support project managers worldwide so the successful candidate may be required to join monthly calls outside of standard working hours
- Some flexibility with working from home
- Manage the development of detailed project schedules, ensuring all project activities, dependencies, and durations are captured correctly.
- Facilitate the loading of Project Detail Pages with project metadata, risks, issues, and other project information.
- Provide training and support to Project Managers on Project Vision tool utilization and escalate any issues or findings.
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring data updates and data accuracy, providing coaching and guidance to R&D project management staff
- Support the development of training materials and user guides for Project & Clinical Vision
- Generate standard and ad hoc reporting for Project Management management portfolio planning, therapeutic leadership and project teams.
- Ensures timely communication of key activities and deliverables to teams within Project Management and to all relevant stakeholders.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or related disciplines
- 1-2 years project management experience working with cross-functional teams supporting global initiatives.
- Industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- PMP certification is highly regarded
- Experience in Clarity, Sharepoint or QlikSense
