Contract Administrator
Hardings Group is a locally owned civil construction company on the North West Coast of Tasmania offering road/ civil construction, asphalt and bituminous surfacing, linemarking, and asphalt production services.
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual with excellent time management and organisational skills to join our team as a Contract Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate effective communication between clients and Project Managers, ensuring the successful management of projects throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of administrative efficiency, strong customer service skills and ideally previous experience in contract management.
Key tasks of the role:
- Preparation and submission of supporting documents for tenders
- Managing communications from new and existing clients
- Ensuring standards of project management are communicated and maintained across projects
- Monitor the objectives and targets of projects
- Manage project records and the document control of project specific management plans
- Coordinating and scribing meetings
- Managing contractor engagement and induction processes
- Assist with the interpretation of contract terms and legislative provisions to support compliance in Project Management Plan development
