Our client, a leading private hospital specialising in services including general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, and more, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract to assist with screening and interviewing potential candidates.
The Role
In the role of Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Screening candidates for open jobs
- General ad-hoc administration
- Database management
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you are an experienced Administrator, preferably from a Recruitment background.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- CRM/ATS experience preferred
