Who you will be working with
This Contract Administrator role is within a highly regarded tier 2 apartment Builder/Developer, who has been operating successfully in the SEQ Construction space for, closing in on 50 years. Given their status as a Developer, they control the volume of work they build, and have no need to aggressively tender for new projects on tight margins; in fact always have strive to have 3 projects in Construction, with the Development team securing a pipeline of projects.
Their often award winning projects, range from luxury high end apartment towers, to mid-end apartments, often reaching up to 15 storey's in height. All their projects are in Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast, and they usually set up all their projects with one or two CA's on the project, to ensure great sub-contractor relationships.
What will you be doing?
Well, we're only considering Contract Administrators, so you should know the typical duties you will be doing. But for this project you will be based in the HO, working in a close knit team made up from Construction Director, Construction Manager, Cost Planner and working on pre-construction related procurement, scopes of work, subbie selection and negotiation, and preparing the project(s) for maximum success. Once the project is up and running, and moves into construction, you will be working on the project.

- Suitable candidates will need to have delivered multiple projects, from start to finish, as a Contract Administrator
- A Construction, Engineering or Property Management degree is highly regarded
