Contract Administrator
Commercial Construction, Refurbishment and Defence projects
Located in South Sydney
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to work with a successful construction and refurbishment company based in South Sydney.
Working on major projects across NSW, QLD, SA. There is a strong pipeline of work and an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects.
Projects include commercial, health, schools, and defence.

Salary from $80k -$120k + super (based on your experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of contract administration
Project quotations, estimating and costings
Manage and prepare project tenders
Processing contractor, subcontractor, and supplier claims
Review contract terms
Work closely with the Project Manager with all aspects of project delivery
Stay up to date with legislative changes & requirements
Project Hand over and management
Experience and Skills
Relevant degree in construction is essential.
Local, relevant experience working on commercial and refurbishment projects.
Knowledge of Australian standards
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in using project management systems.
Experience in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Excel and Microsoft project is an advantage.
Able to work unencumbered in Australia.
