Contract Administrator/ Estimator

About the role

This will be a dual Contract Administrator/ Estimator role where you will be working in this companies capital works division handling projects ranging from $100k- $5mil and be responsible for:

• Preparing scopes of work 
• Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts. 
• Administrating the head and sub-contracts. 
• Progress payments.
• Preparing detailed estimates
• Sourcing Quotes from Trades
• Provide budget information on your projects as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs
• Liaising with all stakeholders 
• Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.

About you  

• Must have 2-3 + years as a Contract Administrator/Estimator in the Minor Works/Commercial/ Maintenance space 
• Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful outcomes for the company
