This will be a dual Contract Administrator/ Estimator role where you will be working in this companies capital works division handling projects ranging from $100k- $5mil and be responsible for:
- Preparing scopes of work
- Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
- Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
- Progress payments.
- Preparing detailed estimates
- Sourcing Quotes from Trades
- Provide budget information on your projects as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs
- Liaising with all stakeholders
- Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.
- Must have 2-3 + years as a Contract Administrator/Estimator in the Minor Works/Commercial/ Maintenance space
- Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful outcomes for the company
- $100K-$130K salary package
