Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop project briefs and specifications.
- Assist in the development of construction fee proposals and client documentation.
- Contribute to tendering processes by assembling and reconciling project budgets.
- Prepare scope of works, subcontractor packages, and procurement schedules.
- Manage progress claims, variations, and RFIs to clients, consultants, and architects.
- Provide support to the project manager and site supervisor as needed.
Selection Criteria
Experience and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification relevant to construction.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
