An opportunity has arisen for a Civil Contracts Administrator/Project Administrator to join our passionate, inclusive and hands-on team based in Sydney. Our teams work on commercial landscape projects for Government Bodies through to Tier 1 Builders in a variety of locations.
Role:
- Working on commercial Civil and Landscape Projects
- Interpreting plans, site set out and preparation
- Seeking and pricing of projects
- Communication with suppliers and clients
- Assisting in tenders for landscaping works incl. Hard / Soft landscaping.
- Follow site safety practices i.e SWMS, Insurances and documentation is correct.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Contract Administration/Project Administration
- Cert III in Landscape Construction (desirable)
- HSEQ Knowledge (desirable)
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Communicate well with supplies and clients
- Experience in estimating and project managing (required)
- Knowledge in costs and understanding work involved in Civil and landscape works
- A Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
- Driver's License
- Software knowledge in Procore or similar
- MS Project / Microsoft Office Experience
