We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Business Analyst to join our team. This role will provide analytical support and continuous improvement initiatives to relevant Contract Managers to enable more effective decisions and potential innovations with respect to key business objectives.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Government and IFM Division from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Ensure that contracts are managed in an efficient and effective manner.
- Gather and input all operations current updates and historical results into monthly performance reports.
- Work with Risk and Compliance team to deliver service requirements (interpreting individual KPIs and monitor abatements).
- Understanding of the business, depicting trends from financial data, providing solutions and analysing Key Performance Indicator data.
- Assisting with project mobilisations and ad hoc reporting and analytics requests where required.
What you'll bring
- Required tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Commerce or related field.
- Experience in an analytical role and prior experience in project management/business support role.
- Competent knowledge of software platforms (e.g. Financial analysis software and spreadsheet software).
- Ability to build strong partnerships across a complex business function.
- Worked with financial data to identify trends, with the ability to provide business solutions.
