To be considered for this exciting role, you should have:
- Experience working in fast-paced, busy kitchen environments
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Be a team player who can fit into new teams with ease
- Strong food safety and HACCP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to work across all sections of the kitchen
- An enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude
