Your Mission: Elevate Excellence As the Contracts & Compliance Manager, your primary mission is to provide indispensable support to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of all contractual obligations. Your focus will be on fostering robust Client Relationships and Stakeholder Engagement, breathing life into the brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities That Define Your Role:

• Craft and maintain the Operator Contract Management Plan and associated registers.
• Infuse vitality into all reporting aspects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance in general and KPI reporting, thereby contributing to the organization's triumphant success.
• Shepherd the adherence to Contract Operating Plans, meticulously reviewing, updating, and submitting revised plans to external stakeholders with an annual review as the baseline.
• Champion seamless operations and unfaltering compliance with contractual commitments.
• Cultivate an intricate understanding of the commercial contract with the client's stakeholders, aligning it seamlessly with organizational objectives.
• Forge and nurture vital working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, as well as government regulators.
• Play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth and successful audits, both internal and external, through comprehensive preparation.
• Be the legal eagle - stay ahead of changes in laws and regulations, ensuring unwavering compliance and integration of legal updates into contractual practices.
