The Role
We are seeking an experienced manager to join our NSW Team to assist with the delivery of HVAC and fire services for one of our major clients in Sydney. The role includes being the primary point of contact for all service and projects works performed for our client.
Based from our Sydney office, the successful candidate will have a proven track record managing large teams of people (approximately 35 Staff), managing client expectations and have a solid understanding of building services, service delivery and project management.
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check.
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Ability to operate as a leader, guide staff, set targets and lead by example.
- Experienced in account management and managing client expectations and building long standing business relationships.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- Ability to understand financial targets and reporting.
- Experienced in pricing service and project works.
- Solid understanding of building services (HVAC and Fire).
- Implimnet and apply WHS&E policies and initiatives.
