The DTA’s Digital Sourcing Branch are looking for individuals at the APS6 and EL1 levels to join our Whole-of-Government Arrangements Team managing the SAP, Oracle, Concur and Rimini Street arrangements. The key duties of the positions are:
APS6 – Contract Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on our whole-of-government arrangements.
- Manage a small ICT Operations Team and provide ongoing support and training to members of the team and the wider DTA.
- Assist with reporting activities in relation to supplier performance, license compliance, customer satisfaction and market intelligence.
- Assist in discovery work for procurement planning, tendering and contract formation activities ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain and enhance contract management and procurement procedures and frameworks.
EL1 – Category Manager
- Lead a team to ensure the delivery of customer-focused services and effective and efficient management of one or more arrangements.
- Provide specialised procurement and contract management advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage reporting activities in relation to supplier performance, license compliance, customer satisfaction and market intelligence.
- Lead discovery work for procurement planning, tendering and contract formation activities ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including effectively manage enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, and risks.
- Train and develop staff to be able to manage all elements of the arrangements, along with ensuring staff are documenting or updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Play a lead role with Cyber security on incident responses.
- Effectively work alongside key stakeholders, with an understanding of Australian Government cyber security policies, a focus on Essential 8 maturity.
