Job Description & Summary
Our Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) team is investing in future focused, client centric and business relevant contract management and we need the best and brightest to help us pave the way. We deliver development and refinement of contract lifecycle management processes, systems & tools, data and reporting towards building and maintaining fit for purpose contract governance mechanisms, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We are looking for a Contracting Administrator to manage compliance processes e.g., contract register maintenance, contractual obligations and deliverables, managing documentation and managing data within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you have gained in administration, contract management and project management. With new problems to solve, you will have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You will learn plenty as you develop and refine contract lifecycle management processes, systems & tools, data and reporting towards building and maintaining fit for purpose contract governance mechanisms in a workplace that is human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you will solve problems like reviewing ranges of data sets containing contract information and producing reports from PwC's systems, while supporting the broader Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) team, you will also:
- Engage in practical problem solving
- Provide exceptional customer service approach to stakeholder management.
- Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administer foundational understanding of contract terminology and how contract language impacts business risk
- Demonstrate coordination and organisation skills
- Share experience / awareness of contract management, project management and working in IT systems
