The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team and help execute amazing projects. Your primary responsibilities will be to administer contracts, negotiate contracts to ensure that they comply with the terms discussed, and assess and manage any difficulties that may occur. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in order communicate critical contract needs and specifics, ensuring constant open communication and compliance with the originally stated terms.
The Like Mind
You will have the relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, in addition to a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within the South Australian market. In addition to this, previous exposure to sizeable commercial construction projects will be favourable. You will also have experience working on roles valued at a minimum $30M, and confident working on projects start to finish on your own. Sound knowledge of contract negotiation, variations and RFI’s will see you make a smooth transition into this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
