Your Contribution
As a Contract Administrator, you'll manage the financial and administrative contractual requirements of our commercial construction projects. you'll ensure our projects run smoothly by managing contracts with precision and expertise. Reporting to the Project Manager you will:
- Ensure accurate job forecasting and effective cash management.
- Administer the Head Contract, manage claims and variations, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Track and manage the Defect Liability Period and ensure rectification of subcontractor non-conformances.
- Maintain a positive supplier and stakeholder relationship to enable the resolution of disputes as they arise.
- Provide accurate reports and assist the project manager with financial reporting and analysis.
- Actively manage the projects’ risk and opportunity portfolios.
About You
As an accomplished Contract Administrator with a solid background in large scale commercial construction projects, you will meet the following criteria:
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, forecasting and financial analysis
- Proficient in managing contracts, interpreting contract terms and conditions
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and analysing contract documents, invoices, and project forecasts
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar is desirable
