They are currently looking to hire an experienced Contract Administrator looking to fine-tune their skills in an autonomous position. This role is office-based, located in the bustling Cremorne area, close to all the best pubs and cafes!
The Role:
- Responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual matters for the project, reporting to the Director and Project Manager.
- Manage variations, progress claims, and invoicing for both head and subcontractors.
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract packages.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Handle purchase orders, RFIs, and maintain document control and registers.
- Contribute to final accounts and participate in project closeout activities.
- Attend weekly project meetings and conduct site visits with the team and stakeholders.
- Proficient in PROCORE software; experience with PROCORE is an added advantage!
- Work on interesting technical projects from $10M - $30M across Melbourne
