We are seeking to appoint experienced Contract Administrators to join the Primero team.
As a Contracts Administrator you will contribute to optimising project margin while protecting the business from commercial risks. As an integral member of the Project Management Team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and the Commercial team to deliver on contractual obligations and project objectives.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field.
* Relevant experience in the mining/mineral processing sector.
* Worked closely with the Project Management Team to deliver on contractual obligations and Project objectives.
* Assist in the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Assist with projects including deliverables, budget, resourcing, communications, and integration
* Commercially and contractually assist with preparation of template documents and systems
* Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotes / tenders and negotiate for the most economical outcome for Primero
All duties should be performed in a manner consistent with relevant legislation and occupational safety and health legislation along with Primero’s operational procedures.
