Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Whisperer: Manage Contracts and Grants across various projects (preferably within government).
- Detail Dynamo: Pay meticulous attention to grant programs, agreements, and EOFY variations.
- Procurement Pro: Navigate government procurement and tender processes, including assessments.
- Relationship Maestro: Build and maintain effective relationships with grant recipients and potential applicants.
- Time Juggler: Handle complex and competing timeframes across multiple projects.
- Reporting Rockstar: Keep stakeholders informed about grant, contract, and project progress.
- Budget Guru: Forecast cash flow within existing budget processes.
Requirements:
- National Police Clearance: Must have a current clearance.
- Availability: Commitment for the full 6-month duration.
- Location: Waymouth Street office (with potential work-from-home options).
