You'll be the go-to person for tender and contract coordination, making a significant impact on our group's success in these areas.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the central point of contact, overseeing the coordination and completion of tender requests.
- Support the GM - Sales in developing compelling submissions and establish winning bid strategies with executive management.
- Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
- Coordinate tender teams and meetings during the development phase, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines.
- Manage project management programs, control master documents, the tender email account, schedules, and overall tender folders, and liaise with Marketing for visual elements.
- Proactively communicate with team members and work under pressure to meet rigid submission deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Experience in working to strict time frames and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
- An excellent ability building relationships and working in a Team.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritise tasks.
