Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings and packages
- Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-Hoc Tasks to assist the Project Manager
- Managing sub-contractors
- Assisting the Project Manager keep the project on schedule & budget

About you
- Have 5+ years' experience working in the Construction industry
- Hold a bachelors or diploma qualification in construction management or similiar
- Have experience working on projects exceeding $1 Mil in value
- Have a keen eye for detail, be well organised and passionate about the industry
- Possess great organisation and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating and finalising contract agreements
