AddressOur client is a respected Brisbane based Piling and civil Engineering contractor with an exemplary track record on delivering an array of complex and challenging Piling projects within the civil infrastructure sector Qld and NSW including regional projects.
Due to successful tendering and company growth, they are seeking an experienced (minimum 5yrs+) Brisbane based Senior Contracts Administrator /Manager from the civils / piling sector, to join their existing senior management team reporting directly into the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have local Qld experience especially TMR contracts, will be from a specialist or sub-contractor background, even Tier 1, with a minimum 5yrs experience in negotiating and reviewing Tier 1 civil contracts.
You will also be required to assist senior management on claims and contractual correspondence in addition you will also be the point of contact for drafting and execution of supply subcontracts. You will also be required to provide direction and mentoring of company staff on commercial strategies within the business. This role would suit someone with experience in Piling and/or Heavy Civil Engineering for a specialist of Tier 1 contractor.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree Educated In Quantity Surveying (preferred) Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Minimum 5 yrs Senior Contracts Administrator /Manager experience
- Stable Permanent Employment History
- Experience on $3m - $10m+ Civil Engineering Projects
- Extensive Contract Negotiation Experience
- Specialist / Tier 2 Contractor Experience Preferred
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Brisbane Based With Australian Experience Essential
