GDE is a family owned and operated tree services company. We are a company that expanded thanks to the high levels of growth we have enjoyed. We are tree arborists, specialising in make safes, removals, tree lopping and stump grinding for both residential and commercial clients.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 1 year experience in a similar project application role. Experience within tree services is preferable, but not required.
- A demonstrated knowledge of project proposal standards.
- High level time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare tender bid proposal and quotes.
- Review and action tender documents – specifications, safety documentation, scope of works, and subcontract documents.
- Perform initial on site investigation works with client to ensure a full end to end service is delivered.
- Facilitate communication between internal admin and project teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide further administrative assistance to the project team, beyond the application phase.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, proposals, and specifications.
- Work with support teams to develop project management systems and processes in order to expand project capacity.
