Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
Carry out mechanical and/or electrical commissioning preparation and activities for all Mechanical, Electrical & Piping work.
To safely carry out commissioning activities inclusive of vendor, contractor and operations personnel.
Modbus intersystem communication.
Dealing with process Control Systems.
To ensure all work is performed to Australian Standard, Legislation and project standards.
Programming various PLCs & HMIs like Allen Bradley with Factory Talk , S71200/1500 with TIA Portal.
To ensure that the Project Completion System CCMS is maintained and up to date for all mechanical scope.
To provide input into planning and all required reports.
To ensure all changes and modifications made are controlled and are advised to the As-built control procedures.
Skills and requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience performing your role in the Oil and Gas and Industry
• Have an Engineering Degree, or Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) or proven experience in previous roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate solutions with a proactive approach to ensure minimal downtime and loss of productivity.
• Proven technical and methodical aptitude with ability to analyze, coordinate and manage multiple work fronts.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Expert knowledge of safety legislation and strict adherence to all quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
