DS Recruitment is seeking a talented Conveyancer to join our client on a permanent basis and manage property transactions from initial advice to settlement unassisted. • Manage diverse property transactions including residential, commercial, strata, leasehold, off the plan, and subdivisions
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth process

As a Conveyancer at the firm, your day-to-day will involve conducting research, providing clear and actionable advice to clients, and promoting our firm to local Real Estate Agents. You'll also be expected to gain your own referrers, adding a personal touch to our business relationships.
Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience managing property transactions independently
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse range of property transaction types
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Exceptional research and analytical skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and providing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or qualification in property law or conveyancing
• Membership with a relevant professional body in the legal or property industry
• Additional certifications or specializations in property law or conveyancing (preferred)
